Read the article here. This kind of conversation is why I loved studying rhetoric! So many good points made. Additional reading I’d recommend: “True Country” by Kim Scott and “Reservation Blues” by Sherman Alexi, two great novelists (who also are members of aboriginal communities in Australia and the US, respectively). Unfortunately I have yet to come across a similar work about Canada – ping me if you know of one!
